Shipping/Refund Policy
Purchasing from Zhais Head Quartz you understand and agree there are NO REFUNDS. You can receive STORE CREDIT if hair is returned in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION within 10 days of delivery. When requesting an exchange for store credit you must email and send us over a photo of the hair in its original condition and packaging, a shipping label will then be emailed to you. Hair must be sent out in the mail no later than 10 days after. it has been delivered to you. Shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. Once the hair is received on our end in its original packaging and condition you will be emailed an invoice for your store credit. If hair is not returned to us in its original packaging or condition you will not receive any store credit and the hair will not be returned back to you. If there is a mistake on our end (wrong order/missing items) we will be sure to address it in a timely manner within our business hours.
